Application Instructions (New Tank Installation)

1. Thoroughly clean and prepare all glass surfaces to remove dust, grease, and residue.

2. Apply a continuous silicone bead along the glass edges to be joined.

3. Assemble and secure glass panels tightly using fixtures or jigs. This ensures even sealant distribution and stable structural bonding during curing.

4. Match bead thickness to your aquarium size for optimal strength and water tightness.

5. Smooth and tool the silicone immediately after application for a clean finish.

6. Remove all excess uncured silicone using a clean cloth and solvent such as alcohol, MEK, or TCE.

7. Fully cure for 7–10 full days before adding water, fish, or livestock. This ensures complete chemical dissipation and full waterproof strength.

Repair Application Instructions (Old / Leaking Aquariums)

1. Completely remove all old, cracked, or failed silicone from the damaged seam.

2. Deep-clean the repair area with solvent to ensure maximum adhesion.
